About Us

Connection Service Company is a family owned and operated company started in 1986. We are located in Benton Harbor and Saint Joseph Michigan. The locations makes us central to the Michigan City, South Bent and Elkhart markets of Indiana and the Holland, Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo markets of Michigan. We offer regular delivery service free of charge to our customers in these areas and beyond.

As indicated, we operate out of two facilities. The main office, located in Benton Harbor, supports all day to day operations, is our main warehouse as well as our fastener manufacturing facility where we execute medium to small runs of all types of standard and custom fasteners . The Saint Joseph location houses our packaging inventory and process machinery. Together we utilize over 30,000 square feet with room to expand.
